This Privacy Notice describes the information collected through the Quince Logistics Services website located at https://qls.quince.com/ (the “Site”) and the related logistics products and services we provide, including our shipping label generation, order management, and tracking services, whether accessed online, via API integrations, or through third-party platform applications (collectively, the “Services”). Quince Logistics Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Last Brand, Inc. (dba Quince) (together with its affiliates, subsidiaries, and related companies, “Company,” “QLS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), may collect or receive the types of information described below as a result of your access to and use of the Services (together, “Collected Information”). This Privacy Notice applies to all merchants, business users, and representatives of business entities who access or use the Services (“you” or “Merchant”).

This Privacy Notice also explains your rights and choices regarding personal information (if applicable), how we communicate changes to this Privacy Notice, and how you may contact us regarding questions or issues with respect to any matter addressed by this Privacy Notice.

This Privacy Notice is incorporated into and made a part of our Terms of Service, any applicable mobile app end user license agreement, and any other agreement that references this Privacy Notice or governs access to or use of the Services (together, our “Terms”).

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Services, by accepting or entering into our Terms, or by integrating your e-commerce platform with our Services, you agree on behalf of yourself and the business entity that you represent (together, “you”) that you have read and understand this Privacy Notice and that you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of Collected Information pursuant to the terms of this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with this Privacy Notice, do not access or use the Services.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Notice at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the updated Privacy Notice on the Site and by accessing or using the Services after any changes are made, you agree to those changes. Information We Collect and How We Use and Disclose It

In connection with providing our logistics Services, we collect and process the following categories of information:

• Merchant Account Information: Information you provide when registering for and using the Services, including your shop domain, business name, merchant email address, business contact information, login credentials, and account settings.
• Order and Shipping Data: Information necessary to generate shipping labels and provide tracking updates, including customer names, shipping addresses, order details (such as package dimensions and weight), and tracking numbers.
• Technical and Usage Information: Information collected through your use of the Services, including IP addresses, browser type, device information, log data, and information about how you interact with the Services.

We may also collect payment and billing information associated with merchant accounts, API credentials and integration tokens, and other business data you submit in connection with the Services, where necessary to operate and bill for the Services and to secure integrations.

Purposes of Collection and Use

Purposes We Process Your Information For

In addition to the uses described in the table above, Company may use and disclose Collected Information as described below. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose Collected Information except as stated in this Privacy Notice and as required or permitted by applicable law.

Service Delivery. We use your information to provide the Services, including generating shipping labels, coordinating with shipping carriers, providing tracking information, processing your orders and requests, administering your account, and providing customer support.

Communications. We may use your contact information to send you transactional communications related to your use of the Services, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, tracking updates, account alerts, and customer support responses. We may also send you service-related announcements, such as scheduled maintenance, service updates, or changes to our policies.

Analytics and Service Improvement. We may use Collected Information to analyze usage patterns, monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop new features and services.

Third Parties We Share Data With

Shipping Carriers

We share Order and Shipping Data with shipping carriers (such as PostNL, FedEx, and other carriers) as necessary to generate shipping labels, arrange shipments, and provide tracking information. These carriers process the data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Service Providers

We may share Collected Information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Services, including cloud hosting providers, payment processors, customer support tools, and analytics providers. These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and in accordance with this Privacy Notice. A current list of our primary subprocessors is available upon request; we will provide reasonable notice of material changes as required by applicable law.

Affiliates

We may share Collected Information with our parent company, Last Brand, Inc. (dba Quince), and other affiliated companies for purposes consistent with this Privacy Notice, including service delivery, support, and internal business operations.

Legal and Safety Purposes

Order and Shipping Data is retained for up to seven (7) years following the completion of the applicable shipment unless a longer period is required by law.

When Collected Information is no longer needed for the purposes described above, we will delete or anonymize it, or, if deletion is not immediately possible (for example, because information is stored in backup archives), we will securely store the information and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
